Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP, HRM & Payroll, Accounting software, POS, Inventory, Ecommerce, Corporate website e.t.c. software sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management.
