  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software implementation, software training, customer support, technical support, ERP support, or IT service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of business automation software, including Accounting Software, Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management Systems (PMS), Inventory Management Systems, and ERP Solutions.
  • Proven ability to conduct professional training sessions, software demonstrations, user onboarding programs, and client workshops.
  • Capable of analyzing business processes, gathering client requirements, and recommending appropriate software solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software-related issues while ensuring timely and effective customer support.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and user engagement skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, management teams, and end-users.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with implementation, development, support, and project teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to client satisfaction, relationship management, and long-term customer success.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh for software deployment, client training, implementation projects, system support, and customer engagement activities.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies, new software platforms, digital transformation initiatives, and changing business requirements.
  • Prior experience working with ERP Software, SaaS Applications, Enterprise Solutions, Business Management Systems, or Cloud-Based Software Platforms will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Deliver comprehensive user training programs on the features, functionalities, and effective use of Somikoron IT Ltd.’s software applications and digital solutions.
  • Facilitate software implementation, system configuration, user onboarding, and deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
  • Provide technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software-related issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Offer both remote and on-site assistance to clients for software operation, system optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Educate end-users on best practices, workflow optimization techniques, and system utilization strategies to maximize productivity and business efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, training sessions, and customer interactions within the support management system.
  • Gather client feedback, feature enhancement requests, and business requirements, and communicate them effectively to the software development and product teams.
  • Collaborate with technical, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure timely resolution of operational and technical challenges.
  • Develop and update user guides, training manuals, knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and support documentation to improve user experience and self-service capabilities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, proactively address client concerns, and build strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to verify successful issue resolution, software performance, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Participate in software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance processes, and product improvement initiatives when required.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and service delivery optimization based on customer feedback and operational insights.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational service standards, support procedures, and documentation practices.
