Are you passionate about software quality, client success, and business automation solutions? Smart Software Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Software Support Engineer to support, test, and enhance our ERP and business management software solutions.
✅ Provide technical support to clients using ERP, HRM, Payroll, POS, Hospital Management, School Management, and other business software solutions.
✅ Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues reported by clients.
✅ Conduct software testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
✅ Identify, document, and report bugs using proper testing procedures.
✅ Verify bug fixes and ensure software quality before deployment.
✅ Coordinate with the Development Team to ensure timely issue resolution.
✅ Conduct software demonstrations, user training, and implementation support when required.
✅ Prepare support documentation, test cases, bug reports, and user manuals.
✅ Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements for product enhancement.
