Software Support Engineer

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 1 years of experience in:

• Software Support
• Software Testing
• Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
• ERP/Application Support

✔ Strong understanding of:

• Manual Testing
• Test Case Preparation
• Bug Tracking & Reporting
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

✔ Experience working with ERP, HRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, or Business Management Software will be highly preferred.

✔ Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

✔ Ability to understand business processes and provide effective software solutions.

✔ Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide technical support to clients using ERP, HRM, Payroll, POS, Hospital Management, School Management, and other business software solutions.

✅ Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues reported by clients.

✅ Conduct software testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

✅ Identify, document, and report bugs using proper testing procedures.

✅ Verify bug fixes and ensure software quality before deployment.

✅ Coordinate with the Development Team to ensure timely issue resolution.

✅ Conduct software demonstrations, user training, and implementation support when required.

✅ Prepare support documentation, test cases, bug reports, and user manuals.

✅ Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements for product enhancement.
