Progeny Technologies Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and quick-learning Support Engineer Interns to support enterprise business software implementation and client support activities.

This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka. Interns who successfully complete the program may be considered for permanent employment based on performance and suitability.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in gathering, understanding, and documenting user requirements.

✔ Troubleshoot and respond to client issues under the guidance of senior team members.

✔ Communicate professionally with clients regarding issue updates, troubleshooting progress, and resolutions.

✔ Assist in preparing training materials, system documentation, and testing procedures.

✔ Work closely with internal Product and Support teams to understand client requirements, product features, and system functionalities.

✔ Gain hands-on experience in enterprise software implementation, technical support, troubleshooting, and client communication.
