Software Support & Service Engineer

✔ Age: 25 to 35 years.
✔ Gender: Male only.
✔ Must have a personal laptop for work-related activities.

✔ Provide software and hardware support to clients through phone, remote assistance, and on-site visits as required.
✔ Deliver post-sales software training and technical support to clients to ensure effective product adoption and usage.
✔ Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
✔ Collaborate with Development, QA/Testing, and Operations Teams to identify issues and improve product reliability and performance.
✔ Provide timely technical support to clients and internal teams through phone calls, remote support tools, and on-site assistance.
✔ Research and analyze competitors’ products, features, benefits, limitations, pricing, and market performance to identify business and product improvement opportunities.
✔ Conduct virtual and physical meetings with prospective clients to present and promote software solutions and generate sales opportunities.
✔ Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients and understand their technical and business requirements.
✔ Maintain and use a personal laptop or PC for work-related activities as required.
✔ Submit daily reports to Top Management regarding client support, sales activities, visits, and other assigned tasks.
✔ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
