Additional Requirements

Core Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal).
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 4+ years in a Solutions Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in designing scalable, distributed systems and enterprise-level microservices architectures.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in building and architecting solutions on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Advanced knowledge of modern API design, enterprise integration patterns, and data architecture.
  • Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-grade security solutions and optimize systems for high performance under heavy workloads.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with designing automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of backward planning, structured milestone delivery, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities & Context

Prime Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the end-to-end architectural strategy for building scalable and high-performance systems.
  • Oversee complex infrastructure planning and make critical architectural decisions across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leaders to align technical direction with business objectives.
  • Establish and continuously improve engineering standards focused on security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Develop detailed architecture documentation and long-term technical roadmaps.
  • Mentor technical leads and senior engineers, resolve complex challenges, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
