  • Must have a flexible, ownership-driven mindset, willing to support a global-hours business environment, including coordination with customers, management, and OEM partners across different time zones, as well as participation in after-hours or ad-hoc meetings when required

We are seeking dynamic, techno-commercial professionals for the role of Solutions Consultant – Technical Sales (Cybersecurity, Data Center & IT Infrastructure / Cloud Solutions). This role combines sales, technical presales, and customer engagement responsibilities across enterprise IT solutions.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across cybersecurity, cloud, data center, IT infrastructure, professional services, and training solutions
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned revenue and business targets
  • Engage with enterprise clients including banks, financial institutions, telecom operators, government agencies, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing industries, and large corporate organizations
  • Prepare and maintain account plans, opportunity trackers, forecasts, and sales performance reports

Technical Presales & Solution Positioning

  • Conduct client meetings to understand business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver solution presentations, technical briefings, product demonstrations, and consultative discussions
  • Support Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot implementations in coordination with internal technical teams and OEM partners
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and global OEM partners to design technically and commercially viable solutions
  • Translate client requirements into technical proposals, solution architectures, commercial offers, and response documents
  • Support preparation of RFP/RFQ responses, compliance matrices, and technical documentation

Customer Success & Account Growth

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with enterprise customers as a trusted technology advisor
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal delivery, technical, and operations teams for smooth solution implementation and support
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts, including pipeline updates, follow-ups, and revenue delivery outcomes
  • Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities for long-term business growth
