  • Strong knowledge of textile products, materials and industry standards.
  • Proven expertise in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and compliance standards in textile sourcing.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Supply Chain

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify, evaluate and source high-quality textile products and materials to meet company requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends in the textile sector.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices and delivery terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and compliance with quality standards, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and design, to meet sourcing requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business goals and minimize risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations and sustainability practices in sourcing processes.
