Achieve assigned recovery targets while ensuring compliance with approved recovery procedures and policies.
Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls and field visits, preserving proper documentary evidence of all communications and recovery activities.
Resolve customer disputes or complaints effectively and recommend legal action when necessary.
Follow up on legal proceedings and coordinate with panel lawyers to ensure early disposal of cases.
Provide timely recovery updates and presentations to the Line Manager, Departmental Head, and Senior Management.
Manage court case activities and maintain liaison with panel lawyers for effective case management and resolution.
Prepare and submit accurate, error-free Management/Board Memos and management reports.
Support MIS and reporting activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate recovery operations and resolve case-related issues efficiently.
