Conduct portfolio monitoring and vintage analysis, and present NPL movement, recovery performance, and provisioning status to Department Heads and Management.
Maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track overdue accounts, restructured loan status, and legal case progress.
Ensure all reports comply with central bank regulations and internal audit requirements.
Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of recovery-related data within the system.
Prepare and provide required data and documentation for internal and external audits related to recovery operations.
Monitor and coordinate timely responses against internal and external audit observations.
Maintain liaison with Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities to ensure reporting compliance.
Monitor rational and timely allocation of accounts to Collectors and Team Leaders.
Handle collection tracking, record keeping, reconciliation of collection receipts, statement generation for live accounts, and review compromise settlement proposals.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data management systems, reporting processes, and operational workflows.
Maintain effective coordination among the legal department, recovery team, and other stakeholders to protect the bank’s interests and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
