Responsibilities & Context

Bikroy is currently looking for a skilled Specialist Key Account Manager to manage the company's relationships with its most important clients. You will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining long-term key customers by understanding their needs. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business for long-term success.

  • Conduct daily visits to build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate accounts while generating new business for the company.
  • Expand business opportunities with existing clients by continuously offering customized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams, resolving any customer issues and addressing complaints to maintain trust.
  • Collaborate to maximize revenue by up-selling or cross-selling various Bikroy products and solutions.
  • Prepare and update regular KPI reports, tracking progress and providing forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Plan and present reports/results with vertical leads on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly KPIs (acquisition and revenue targets) are met as per departmental expectations.
  • Take ownership of new revenue-generating projects for the company, ensuring continued growth.

Educational Requirement: BBA/MBA from a reputed institution, with a focus on Marketing preferred.
Experience: 3-4 years of corporate sales experience, preferably from industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, multinational companies, mobile devices, MFS, or logistics.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales and key account management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
