  • Strong knowledge of influencer trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Social media savvy and knows trend in fashion industry
  • Experienced in Microsoft excel and google sheet to create reports and performance charts for stakeholders is must
  • Skilled in negotiation and contract.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team. 

Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Find and build strong relationships with influencers in relevant industries.
  • Work with internal teams to align campaigns with brand goals and messaging.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer deliverables.
  • Oversee creative campaigns, including posts, giveaways, and contests.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Maintain long-term influencer relationships for ongoing collaborations.
  • Provide influencer marketing advice to internal teams.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with legal and industry standards.
