  • Very good attention to detail.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Working knowledge of test management software.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or others.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in creating and executing manual test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure quality standards.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of functional test plans and cases for iOS and Android releases.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs in a clear, organized manner and help developers with debugging.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and other relevant tools.
  • Contribute to test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summaries.
  • Conduct regression, performance, and security testing, analyzing and reporting on testing results to identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the development team to communicate issues, provide feedback, and verify bug fixes.
  • Participate in requirement discussions, daily calls, and team meetings, providing feedback on inconsistencies and open issues.
  • Actively engage in knowledge sharing with other team members.
  • Ensure smooth client handling and communication when necessary.
