• Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of assigned businesses and brands, providing recommendations for strategic actions to management.
• Market and Industry Analysis: Analyze the industry and market trends, focusing on growth, market share, profitability, recent developments, and other key indicators to determine the competitive positioning of ACI businesses.
• Feasibility and Financial Analysis: Support the preparation of feasibility studies for various projects and proposals, including sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and financial evaluation matrices. Assist management in making informed investment decisions.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze line-items within the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and Balance Sheet (B/S) to derive insights about business operations, aimed at improving profitability and optimizing fund utilization.
• Working Capital Reports: Assist in preparing relevant working capital reports and identifying the optimum working capital levels through various optimization prospects.
• Budget Incorporation and Variance Analysis: Ensure the proper incorporation of budgets into monthly and year-to-date management accounts, highlighting Opex details and explaining budget variances to support management decision-making.
• Process Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various process development initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency across businesses.
• Performance Database: Prepare monthly databases by product and region to evaluate the performance of each product and business.
