Prior experience in education counseling will be considered an advantage

Meet with prospective students and parents to assess academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferred study destinations.
Provide accurate and up-to-date counseling for study abroad opportunities in Australia, the UK, Canada, the USA, Malaysia, and other destinations.
Recommend suitable universities and academic programs based on admission requirements, tuition fees, and specialization areas.
Assist students with preparing application documents, including transcripts, certificates, portfolios, and standardized test scores.
Guide students in developing effective Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and personal statements.
Support the submission, tracking, and follow-up of applications to ensure timely processing.
Maintain clear and professional communication with students and guardians via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of student counseling sessions, application progress, and visa documentation.
Conduct regular lead follow-ups to improve conversion and enrollment rates.
Prepare periodic reports on counseling activities, application outcomes, and recruitment performance.
Achieve assigned student recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Demonstrate flexibility for local and international travel as required.
Represent the organization at education fairs, school visits, seminars, and marketing events.
