Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in consulting firms, international education, student counseling, visa consultancy, or student recruitment.
Prior experience in international student counseling and application processing will be considered a strong advantage.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate documentation.
Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software tools for tracking clients and applications.
Highly target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to client success.
Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with international partner institutions.

We are seeking dynamic, ambitious, and experienced professionals for the position of Senior Counselor & Destination Manager (USA, Canada, Malaysia, UK). This role involves providing end-to-end student counseling while managing relationships with international partner institutions.
Provide expert guidance to students on study options, institutions, and admission pathways for assigned destinations.
Manage the complete application lifecycle, including program selection, documentation review, application submission, and follow-ups.
Advise students on visa requirements, interview preparation, and post-admission processes specific to each destination.
Stay up to date with admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies for assigned countries.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group workshops, seminars, and orientation programs for students and parents.
Evaluate students’ academic, financial, and career profiles to recommend suitable study-abroad options.
Ensure timely communication with applicants by providing regular updates throughout admission and visa processing stages.
Maintain accurate and organized records of student counseling, applications, offers, and enrollment status.
Support promotional and marketing initiatives to increase enrollment for assigned destinations.
Act as the primary liaison with international partner universities, colleges, institutions, and B2B partners for admissions coordination and compliance.
Manage application updates, enrollment confirmations, and tuition refund processes in cases of visa refusal.
Maintain updated academic program information and resolve student-related issues in coordination with partner institutions.
Coordinate visits, seminars, education fairs, and events involving international institution representatives.
Assist in developing destination-specific promotional materials, website content, and social media campaigns.
