The applicants must have 3 years practical experience in accounting, preferably in construction or heavy industry;
The applicants must have experience in Tally software.
Able to work under pressure and independently.
Strong interpersonal skill.
Good knowledge in computer skill on MS Office (especially Excel).Prepare voucher & maintain/update ledger properly in Excel &Tally.
Any kinds of voucher entry in Tally Software.
Responsible for prepare supplier bill reconciliation statement, cheque withdraw, issue and party payment.
Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of voucher including monthly accounts related documents & journal entries.
To ensure accounting source documents are accurately preserved and all financial activities are kept properly.
To ensure timely payments of the bills in accordance with Companies' policies, procedures and guidelines.
Maintain petty cash and expenses recording
Recording, preparation and payment related to recurring transaction such as rent, utilities, internet, mobile bill, conveyance bills. Etc
Maintain IOU and advance to the staff members and communicate with the recipient for timely adjustment.
Recording Banking transaction such as LC, BTB, term loan/ SOD adjustment, BFTN/Cheque payment etc.
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
Communication with Bank, VAT, NBR, RJSC.
To ensure that the books of accounts have been maintained in compliance with IAS & IFRS, Companies Act and other rules and regulations as applicable.
Collecting, analyzing and interpreting VAT related Government issued SRO and put into practice in regular dealings.
To maintain fixed asset record in an appropriate manner.
To monitor advance, receivables and payables.
