Education

  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), in Accounting & Information System

  •  MS Office Applications and SAP Software.
  • Must be able to handle pressure and capable of managing multiple works.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and depth knowledge of core accounting.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Process supplier payment vouchers in SAP, ensuring accurate recording and obtaining timely approvals.
  • Manage advance payments for all operations on a daily basis in SAP.
  • Adjust advances and resolve any discrepancies as required.
  • Prepare manual wastage sales orders for the relevant unit.
  • Process EDF, UPASS, LTR, and other loan creations and payable postings in SAP.
  • Calculate TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and VDS (Vat Deducted at Source) on a bill-to-bill basis in SAP.
  • Prepare TDS and VDS challans and submit them to the Treasury Department for bank deposits.
  • Review factory salary details, obtain the necessary authorized signatures, and submit the details to the factory.
  • Perform inter-company reconciliations to ensure accurate and consistent records.
  • Verify and check all types of petty cash transactions.
  • File and organize all types of vouchers for the relevant units to maintain proper documentation.
