Age between 25 and 35 years.
Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh accounting standards (BFRS / IFRS).
Practical experience in VAT, Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience liaising with banks and financial institutions.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and financial analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
KickBazar is a rapidly growing cross-border e-commerce and logistics platform. We are seeking a Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to oversee core accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial controls as the company expands its operations in Bangladesh.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage full-cycle accounting and maintain financial records in compliance with BFRS / IFRS.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate management reports, including revenue analysis, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and adjustments.
Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances to ensure liquidity.
Tax, VAT & Compliance
Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns.
Prepare withholding tax (TDS/VDS) returns and associated schedules.
Ensure compliance with NBR regulations and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Stay updated on VAT, Tax, and e-commerce regulatory changes.
Banking & Treasury
Manage day-to-day banking operations and perform bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with banks for account management and transaction processing.
Support import-related payments and documentation as needed.
Maintain proper financial and banking documentation for audits and internal control purposes.
