Responsibilities & Context

    • Develop and implement supply chain plans that align with company goals and production timelines.
    • Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain material availability and ensure smooth production operations.
    • Track and forecast demand, supply, and inventory levels to achieve a balance between cost control and service efficiency.
    • Streamline the movement of raw materials and finished products across the supply chain network.
    • Source, assess, and manage suppliers for raw materials and chemical components.
    • Ensure all procurement activities comply with established quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
    • Negotiate with suppliers on contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to secure optimal cost benefits.
    • Apply chemical engineering expertise to enhance supply chain performance, minimize waste, and ensure process stability.
    • Monitor key supply chain metrics such as inventory turnover, lead time, OTIF, and cost-to-serve, and propose data-driven improvements.
    • Plan and supervise the logistics of chemical materials in line with regulatory and safety requirements.
    • Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouses to guarantee timely deliveries and prevent stock shortages.
    • Manage the storage, handling, and transportation of hazardous chemicals following environmental and legal guidelines.
