Education


  • Masters, Master of Science (MSc), in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience


  • 2 Year

Additional Requirements

  • Age should be between 26 to 32 years.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Network Administration, including Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, and similar networking technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
  • Expertise in Active Directory management and user access control.
  • Experience with Database Management Systems, including SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Ability to provide support and maintenance for ERP systems and other business applications.
  • Sound understanding of Cybersecurity principles, data protection, and information security best practices.
  • Experience in Backup Management and Disaster Recovery planning and implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management, inventory control, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, and end-user devices.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, availability, and optimal performance of all IT systems, networks, and business applications.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network devices, and related technologies.
  • Administer and monitor network environments, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, and switching systems.
  • Provide prompt technical support to employees, resolve IT-related issues, and conduct user training sessions when necessary.
  • Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including antivirus solutions, firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, and data security protocols.
  • Manage data backup processes, disaster recovery planning, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
  • Support and maintain ERP, HRMS, POS, and other business applications to ensure system efficiency and data integrity.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system implementation, upgrades, maintenance activities, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in IT projects, technology procurement, budgeting, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain IT policies, procedures, software license compliance, technical documentation, and IT asset records.
  • Prepare regular IT performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while effectively managing responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
