Job Summary:
The Marketing & Sales professional serves as a key client-facing resource, responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing initiatives while overseeing all advertising programs and related revenue activities before and after sales. The role covers media planning, campaign execution, optimization, performance reporting, client retention and renewals, and timely resolution of advertiser-related issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Location: House 118, Road 9, Block C, Niketon, Gulshan, Dhaka.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Contribute actively to new business development while effectively managing assigned clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct client outreach through calls and arrange meetings.
Attend client meetings with the team.
Manage, monitor, and maintain ongoing marketing campaigns.
Receive creative briefs and communicate requirements clearly to relevant teams.
Assess and monitor the quality and performance of all services delivered to clients.
Execute sales targets and tasks assigned by supervisors or senior management.
Play a key role in the overall success of the team and take ownership of responsibilities.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management or the supervisor.
