Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute branding strategies for Apex Property, DMIT, and Kazi Resort to ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute marketing strategies that drive business targets and growth.
  • Plan and implement impactful marketing campaigns across various channels to support brand objectives and revenue goals.
  • Supervise and guide the creative team to ensure the development of high-quality, brand-consistent content and materials.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional communication between sales, creative, and marketing teams to align efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to strengthen brand equity and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor brand performance and prepare weekly & monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong experience in campaign strategy and execution.
  • Understanding of sales-driven marketing.
  • Ability to manage and motivate creative teams.
