Responsibilities & Context
Job Overview
Betopia Group is looking for a dynamic, results-focused, and highly efficient Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Media Buying to join its digital team.
This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple social media platforms, run and optimize paid advertising campaigns, and contribute to both SEO and SEM strategies.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in performance marketing, campaign tracking, troubleshooting, and multi-brand handling across different digital channels.
Applicants with prior experience in digital marketing agencies will have a clear advantage.
Core Responsibilities
🔹 Performance Marketing & Media Buying
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and conversion funnels to achieve strong ROI, ROAS, and CPA
- Run structured A/B tests to improve campaign performance and scaling opportunities
🔹 Social Media & Account Management
- Oversee multiple social media pages and advertising accounts simultaneously
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of business managers and ad accounts
- Work closely with content and design teams to align organic and paid strategies
🔹 Issue Resolution & Platform Compliance
- Identify and resolve issues such as ad disapprovals, policy violations, and account restrictions
- Fix tracking-related problems including pixel, conversion API, and data discrepancies
- Monitor sudden drops in performance and take corrective action quickly
- Ensure all campaigns follow platform policies and industry best practices
🔹 Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for accurate data tracking
- Maintain proper event tracking, funnel tracking, and attribution models
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights
🔹 SEO & SEM Execution
- Plan and manage SEM campaigns including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid optimization
- Support SEO initiatives such as on-page improvements, technical SEO coordination, and keyword strategy
- Track performance and continuously refine SEO & SEM efforts
🔹 Strategy & Growth
- Handle multiple brands and campaigns in a fast-moving environment
- Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy and business growth
- Experiment with new tools, audiences, and campaign formats to drive better results
