Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with international buyers, particularly H&M, Varner, and Aldi.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.

Proven ability to work effectively as a team player with an agile mindset and a can-do attitude.
Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for assigned product categories, ensuring alignment with buyer and customer requirements as well as company capabilities.
Analyze and validate sample and quotation requests, assessing technical feasibility, cost accuracy, and identifying optimal product solutions.
Identify potential technical and commercial risks and propose effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with Sales, Global Customer Specialists, and customers.
Design globally manufacturable products in line with customer briefs, cost targets, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.
Own and manage product specifications, global costing, and profitability for engineered products.
Coordinate closely with manufacturing teams to oversee sampling processes, resolve production issues, and ensure timely delivery of quality-approved samples.
Ensure material availability and compliance with internal standards, external regulations, and brand-specific requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to Sales teams and customers on innovation, cost optimization, lead times, and product development strategies.
Drive process improvements, develop SOPs, and lead innovation initiatives within assigned product categories.
Manage sample quantity, quality, and size accuracy, addressing buyer feedback, modifications, or complaints promptly.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
