Manage and supervise all bonded warehouse operations, including bank coordination, in-bond and ex-bond procedures, bond license audits, Utilization Declarations (UD), and capacity expansion activities.

Oversee and control all government incentive-related processes.

Coordinate with the Board of Investment and the Textile Directorate to ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage all commercial functions, including Letter of Credit (LC) operations, import clearance, and export documentation.

Liaise with banks, customs authorities, freight forwarders, and clearing & forwarding agents.

Act as the key coordination point between buyers and internal departments such as production, finance, and compliance.

Negotiate LCs, sales contracts, purchase contracts, and BTB LCs with buyers and suppliers.

Ensure cost optimization in logistics, import duties, and procurement activities.

Ensure all export-import documentation complies with legal requirements and buyer standards.

Prepare regular reports on commercial operations, shipments, and potential risks.
