Job Context
We are seeking a disciplined, confident, and well-spoken female professional for the position of CRM Executive at Unicorn Properties Ltd. The role is primarily office-based and involves managing customer communication, handling inquiries from advertising channels, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage official customer communications through WhatsApp Web and other corporate messaging channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while ensuring consistent and timely client follow-ups.
- Address initial customer queries and coordinate with prospective clients to schedule real estate project site visits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and CRM information.
- Prepare and submit regular daily and weekly activity reports to the supervisor.
