  • The applicants should have experience in the area of quality management (Cutting) in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
  • Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
  • Required good commination skill;
  • Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship;
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;
  • Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and conducting 100% panel inspections.
  • Perform random fabric checks within the Cutting Department.
  • Ensure the quality of the sewing, cutting, and finishing sections regarding fabric issues.
  • Identify the root causes of defects and problems, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Address any claims or complaints from buyers related to fabric, measurements, or pattern quality.
  • Inspect fusing machines, ensuring the bondage test and machine calibration are performed according to SOP and buyer requirements.
  • Responsible for checking markers and fabric layer heights.
  • Inspect cut panels at the top, middle, and bottom to ensure proper pattern alignment.
  • Ensure the implementation of safety measures for the workforce.
  • Foster positive industrial relations, take initiatives to retain workers, and reduce unauthorized absenteeism.
  • Follow procedures for maintaining sharp tools and assist the production team in preventing non-compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the authority.
