• Assess compliance and operational risks, and develop risk management strategies.
• Perform prerequisite audits to ensure adherence to buyer standards.
• Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
• Distribute written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
• Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification, or report compliance-related irregularities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior team members to address complex legal compliance issues.
• Discuss emerging compliance issues with senior representatives of the team.
• Possess knowledge of implementing consistent disciplinary actions in cases of compliance violations.
• Advise internal management or teams on the implementation of compliance programs.
• Provide employee training on compliance-related topics, policies, and procedures.
• Assist internal and external auditors during compliance reviews.
• Prepare management reports on compliance operations and progress.

• Oversee internal reporting systems, such as corporate compliance, and provide recommendations to the team.
• Work as part of a team to design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards.
• Ensure that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures are documented, implemented, and communicated.
