Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Basic computer proficiency with the ability to prepare reports and maintain sales records.
Proactively engage prospective clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels to present company offerings.
Effectively communicate and promote Goldsands Group’s projects and services, customizing presentations to address individual client needs.
Identify high-potential prospects, convert inquiries into confirmed sales or bookings, and manage the sales process through to successful closure.
Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships through regular follow-ups, service updates, and ongoing customer support.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, CRM, and Administration, to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Consistently work toward assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining accountability for personal performance.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, lead status, and sales progress using designated systems and tools.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve sales strategies.
