  • SAIC General Hospital, a subsidiary of the SAIC Group, offers a wide range of medical services, treatments, and care to patients with various health needs. Playing a critical role in the healthcare system, the hospital is well-equipped with advanced medical technology and staffed by a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • The Sr. Executive - HR and Admin will manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training, as well as oversee administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR best practices and hospital administration.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to smoothly integrate new employees into the hospital environment.
  • Address employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances professionally to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost job satisfaction and team morale.
  • Assist in setting KPIs and managing the performance evaluation process.
  • Support department heads in conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and developing growth plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employees' skills and productivity.
  • Monitor attendance and ensure timely payroll processing, including managing leave and other payroll components.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry regulations.
  • Update and implement HR policies, service rules, and procedures as needed.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions such as facility management, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources for operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover, hiring trends, and training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data confidentiality.
