Job Responsibilities:

Ensure achievement of wet process production targets and resolve technical issues.

Drive continuous process improvement and product development.

Maintain re-wash levels below 7% while ensuring production efficiency.

Provide technical decisions and follow-up to keep production smooth and cost-effective.

Maintain accurate production data for effective decision-making.

Optimize use of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet daily targets.

Oversee washing machines, procedures, and chemical handling with proper expertise.

Guarantee product quality as per buyer requirements.

Monitor production schedules to meet shipment deadlines.

Lead teams effectively, maintain strong communication, and work under pressure, including shift duties.
