  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in payroll management or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and taxes.* Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with Labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports, KPI Data analysis, and metrics for management review.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of payroll systems and processes.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records of leave, attendance, and other related data.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
