Additional Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in payroll management.
Strong working knowledge of payroll systems and the Bangladesh Labor Laws.
Sound knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Proven expertise in payroll administration.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT management.
Prepare and process monthly payroll for all categories of employees, including administrative and support staff.
Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, duty and night allowances, bonuses, arrears, and statutory deductions.
Prepare monthly payroll sheets, salary registers, MIS reports, and management reports.
Manage employee final settlements, including full and final payments, tax adjustments, and benefits calculations.
Ensure payroll compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Act and internal HR policies.
Administer long‑term employee benefits such as Provident Fund and service compensation, ensuring correct calculation and timely disbursement.
Maintain complete and accurate payroll records, employee files, and supporting documentation for audit and inspection purposes.
Possess sound knowledge of HR and compliance‑related activities.
Have working knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Configure, install, and maintain Windows systems and networking equipment, including LAN, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi routers, and internet connectivity.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
