• Payroll and Compensation:
• Support preparation of monthly payroll and compensation for BJIT groups and ODC companies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet for ODC companies.
• Prepare FDI reports for ODC company.
• Deduct and ensure deposit of source TAX & VAT for ODC Company and BJIT group.
• Handle monthly VAT/Tax returns for BJIT group and ODC company.
• Manage incentive processes for ODC company.
• Assist in regular finance and accounting operations of ODC company, including banking correspondence.
• Support preparation of financial due diligence for BJIT Group as required.
• Contribute ideas to minimize costs and maximize profits.
• Prepare certificate allowance and advance salary reports.
• Calculate PF refunds for released employees (if any).
• Support maintaining UPS and submitting monthly UPS contributions to designated bank accounts.
• Support preparation of salary tax challans for BJIT Group.
• Provide salary and tax certificates to employees upon request.
• Prepare documentation for tax assessments for ODC company.
• Conduct external audits for ODC company.
• Support the preparation of yearly budgets, financial plans, or due diligence as needed.
• Procurement Support:
• Assist in collecting price quotations, preparing approval sheets, and drafting work orders for suppliers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of ERP systems for accounting, payroll, and UPS management.
• Generate necessary reports for strategic financial planning as per HOF instructions.
• Provide daily and weekly financial reports.
• Handle any other tasks assigned by managers.
