  • The applicants should have experience in the area of production management (Finishing) in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
  • Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
  • Required good commination skill;
  • Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship;
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;
  • Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the finishing process, including trimming, button attachment, ironing, and packaging of garments.
  • Achieve production targets for quantity, quality, and planned efficiency.
  • Assist the finishing head in controlling and monitoring costs and other overheads within the budgeted limits.
  • Support the finishing head in evaluating staff performance, handling disciplinary matters, identifying training needs, and developing career plans.
  • Ensure all finishing accessories are in-house on time.
  • Ensure garments are input into different lines according to the production plan.
  • Monitor and ensure target-based production.
  • Supervise and hand over garments from production to the packing section.
  • Ensure proper packing conditions and confirm the packing list for all buyers to ship garments on time as per the inspection schedule.
  • Ensure garments are packed correctly inside cartons according to buyer instructions.
  • Arrange inspections with the buying QC before completing the finished order quantity.
  • Conduct training on the roles and responsibilities of subordinates and their tasks.
  • Provide proper training on machine and equipment handling.
  • Lead compliance activities on the production floor to maintain a healthy and cordial working environment that meets all social standards.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the Sharp Tools Procedure.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
