Bangladesh Specialized Hospital (BSH) is seeking a Senior Executive in IT Infrastructure and Network Management to oversee and maintain the hospital's technology infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring the secure and reliable operation of IT systems, network infrastructure, and surveillance solutions within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing IT operations in healthcare, ISPs, or other technical industries.

Technical Supervision and Support:

• Provide technical support to hospital departments, ensuring seamless IT service operations.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, network expansion, and new technology implementation, in alignment with the hospital’s operational goals.

Network and Surveillance System Management:

• Oversee the management of network devices (routers, switches, modems, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity across the hospital.
• Provide technical support for CCTV surveillance systems, including IP camera configuration, VMS server maintenance, and DVR troubleshooting.

Enterprise Systems and Security:

• Manage hospital enterprise systems (servers, storage solutions, databases) to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Perform regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management to protect hospital data and patient information.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies relevant to healthcare facilities.

Device and Infrastructure Management:

• Maintain various computing devices used across departments, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and other devices (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android).
• Oversee office equipment (printers, scanners, projectors, access control systems) essential for hospital operations.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service, including power systems such as UPS and AVR units.
• Manage IT inventory and contribute to procurement decisions for device replacements and spare parts.
