Additional Requirements

• Monitor IT infrastructure, network performance, system health, and security alerts to ensure maximum uptime and operational reliability.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, software applications, and other network infrastructure components.
• Conduct network assessments, performance evaluations, security audits, and system integrity checks to identify vulnerabilities and optimize infrastructure efficiency.
• Administer and maintain Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms, ensuring proactive monitoring and timely issue resolution.
• Manage system alerts, update automation scripts, and perform routine health checks through monitoring dashboards and reporting tools.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Asterisk-based telephony systems, VoIP solutions, SIP services, and related communication technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to design, implement, and support IT infrastructure and networking projects.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, software solutions, and infrastructure improvements to enhance system performance and business operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture, server configurations, system changes, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical support and communicate with customers regarding service incidents, maintenance activities, planned outages, and issue resolution progress.
• Respond promptly to technical incidents, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Mentor and support junior engineers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, strengthen cybersecurity measures, and reduce infrastructure costs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and best practices in network and systems administration.
