Provide daily IT support for office and remote staff, covering desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers, and access control systems. Skilled in LAN cabling, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and CCTV (NVR/DVR) installation and troubleshooting. Experienced in installing and managing Windows (10,11) and Windows/Linux servers, SQL Server configuration with backups, and MS Office/Outlook support. Handle virtual meeting setups (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams), maintain IT systems (software, hardware, networks), and resolve technical issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills with ability to take on assigned responsibilities.
