Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting agencies, consulting firms, immigration services, or educational consultancy is required. Fresh graduates are not encouraged to apply.

Prepare and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Proficiency in Chinese or Arabic will be considered an advantage.

The Senior Executive role focuses on developing and sustaining strong relationships with agents, stakeholders, international clients, and business partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include contract management, coordinating communication between overseas partners and internal departments, and undertaking international travel when required. Candidates with proficiency in Chinese or Arabic will be given preference.
