Promote and sell company products and real estate projects to prospective clients.
Visit potential customers and clearly explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings.
Coordinate and support sales training and promotional initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
Participate in both online and offline marketing and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate site and project visits with clients.
Represent the company professionally in all customer and stakeholder interactions.
