• Implement and adhere to warehouse operational strategies and procedures in line with company policies and buyer requirements.
• Supervise daily receiving, order booking, and document issuance, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all store functions.
• Ensure efficient inbound and outbound goods management, maintaining warehouse safety, security, and timely delivery systems.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records, registers, ledgers, and MIS reports, including inventory bin cards and other essential documentation.
• Develop and manage software-based systems (ERP/Tally) to ensure timely material delivery to the production floor in alignment with production and shipment plans.
• Oversee processes for Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Material Receipt Report (MRR), Goods Receipt Report (GRR), Delivery Challans, and Mushak Challans.
• Supervise warehouse activities to ensure that items are stored safely and correctly, optimizing space utilization.
• Control costs and manage overheads within the prescribed budget limits.
• Maintain close coordination with the Merchandising Department to meet their requirements effectively.
• Ensure that operational strategies and procedures are consistently followed according to company policies.
• Lead and guide store personnel to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee proper systems for chemical purchasing, storage, handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure finished goods are delivered according to the established schedule, resolving any transportation, loading/unloading, labor, logistics, or customer-related issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate daily/weekly stock reports.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
