Sr. Executive - Motion Graphic Designer (for Real Estate)

✔ Mandatory: Expert-level proficiency in AI-powered tools for graphic design, image generation, motion graphics, and video production, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, or equivalent platforms.

✔ Mandatory: Applicants must submit samples of actual projects, designs, or creative work produced using AI tools. Applications without AI work samples will not be considered.

✔ Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

✔ Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for print layouts and Figma or Canva will be considered an advantage.

✔ Demonstrated professional experience in graphic design, particularly in developing marketing and promotional materials.

Job Summary:

Besthome Properties Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sr. Executive – Motion Graphic Designer with a strong professional background in the real estate industry and proven expertise in AI-powered graphic design, image generation, motion graphics, and video production.

The selected candidate will create high-quality visual content for property marketing, project promotion, corporate communication, and digital campaigns. The role requires proficiency in conventional design software as well as AI-based creative tools to produce engaging content efficiently and at scale.

Prior real estate industry experience and AI expertise are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop engaging visual content for real estate projects, property promotions, and marketing campaigns.

✔ Create social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other promotional materials.

✔ Utilize AI tools to generate, enhance, and refine graphics, property visuals, lifestyle imagery, motion graphics, and short-form videos.

✔ Produce AI-assisted video content, including social media reels, property walkthroughs, and promotional clips for digital marketing campaigns.

✔ Ensure all creative materials, including AI-generated content, align with the company's brand identity and communication standards.

✔ Adapt creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various digital and print platforms.

✔ Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication.

✔ Retouch and enhance property photographs and marketing visuals using conventional and AI-powered enhancement and upscaling tools.

✔ Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, imagery, and overall visual presentation across all marketing materials.

✔ Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and meeting internal deadlines.
