Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, and formulas) to manage payroll data, generate reports, and conduct financial analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on payroll expenses, employee compensation, tax deductions, and benefits, and present data insights and trends to HR leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee salaries, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll information within HRIS systems.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports related to payroll, HR data, and employee performance, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders via structured reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with other HR activities such as performance appraisals, leave management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and collaborate with HR leadership to implement solutions for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, tax details, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
