Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and develop a competent team of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and technical staff to manage all quality-related functions for CWPL.
Ensure the achievement of daily batch preparation targets in alignment with production plans.
Support the continuous improvement and development of the Quality Management System (QMS) and technical processes to meet buyer-specific quality standards and company expectations.
Implement best industrial engineering practices to enhance product quality, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
Contribute to talent development initiatives by providing training, guidance, and performance support to ensure timely, first-time-right execution of customer requirements.
Monitor and maintain quality consistency across both wet and dry process sections, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Oversee and report on raw material quality and safety to facilitate informed management decisions.
Maintain quality performance metrics by ensuring the average rejection rate remains below 0.4% and re-wash rate below 6%.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct statistical analysis using real-time data tracking systems.
Introduce and implement technical solutions to minimize rework and enhance overall product quality.
Ensure monthly and quarterly delivery targets are achieved with the desired quality standards.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, focusing on maintaining factory safety, quality, and efficiency.
