Additional Requirements

More than 2 year of experience in releted Field.
Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Identify new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to hospitals, clinics and others healthcare providers.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Depelop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Install, repair and maintain medical equipment at client locations.
Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Provide training and technical support to end users.
Offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise post sale.
Manage warranty claims, repairs and replacement parts as per the company policies.
Maintain detailed records of installations,repairs and maintenance activities.
Prepare regular sales and service activity reports, including client interactions, issues resolved and feedback recieved.
Beside the above task any other task given the supervisor.
