Additional Requirements
Post challans and maintain ledgers for all producers.
Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly store consumption reports.
Keep detailed records of outsourced products and producers.
Generate various store and purchase-related reports as required by management.
Handle all written and email communications with producers and management.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation to maintain stock levels and inventory control using computerized systems.
Coordinate raw material requirements with external producers and prepare all finished challans for consignment or product procurement.
Carry out other stock-related activities such as returns, packing, pricing, and labeling.
Oversee procurement activities for various external raw materials.
Arrange outsourced samples and obtain management approval.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
