RID Holdings Limited (RHL), one of the fast-growing real estate companies in Chattogram, is seeking a qualified, self-motivated, and proactive professional with strong multitasking abilities to join the team as Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute direct sales and marketing activities to promote company projects and services.
Maintain a strong target-driven approach and ensure timely achievement of assigned responsibilities.
Achieve company sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Prepare and submit sales, market, and performance reports as required by management.
Conduct regular market visits, generate leads, identify potential clients, and create new market opportunities.
Develop new clients while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through consistent engagement.
Manage existing and prospective clients through personal sales visits and face-to-face interactions to deliver personalized service.
Support the development of plans and design concepts aligned with client demands and requirements.
Ensure achievement of company revenue and profit targets through strategic planning and execution.
Coordinate closely with customer service teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery to clients.
