Job Overview

Asian Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – HR to enhance its human resource framework through robust policy development, KPI management, performance evaluation, and effective monitoring of HR operations. The role will involve close collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure seamless execution of HR strategies, adherence to labor laws, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.

  • Oversee HR operations across departments to ensure consistency, compliance, and adherence to governance standards.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs to facilitate HR initiatives, resolve employee issues, and address departmental HR needs.

  • Design and manage KPI frameworks to evaluate both individual and departmental performance.

  • Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is transparent, timely, and aligned with company goals.

  • Advise line managers on KPI setting, goal alignment, and appraisal documentation.

  • Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Supervise training and development programs to align employee growth with organizational objectives.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues with professionalism.

  • Promote employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Prepare and present HR reports, including KPI progress, appraisal results, and HR analytics for management review.

  • Ensure strict compliance with employment regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies.
