Akij FMCG Ltd. (a concern of Akij & Aziz Holdings) is seeking a skilled professional capable of independently overseeing Factory Store Operations. The role involves managing Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Spare Parts Stores while ensuring robust inventory control, accurate documentation, and seamless support for production activities at the factory level.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of all store units, including Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Spare Parts, and Finished Goods.
Receive materials according to GRN/PO and verify quality and quantity in coordination with QC and relevant departments.
Ensure appropriate storage practices, implement FIFO, and maintain segregation based on HS code categories.
Track stock levels, monitor safety and reorder points, and notify procurement when inventory falls below minimum thresholds.
Maintain stock ledgers, update ERP/software systems, and ensure complete accuracy of all data entries.
Issue materials to Production based on authorized Requisitions/Indents and document all transactions in the system.
Uphold proper housekeeping, storage conditions, fire safety measures, and pest control in alignment with food safety standards.
Ensure compliance with ISO/FSMS audit requirements through proper store documentation.
Collaborate with Purchase, Production, QA, Accounts, and SCM teams to maintain efficient inventory flow.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for Factory Management.
